Bespoke Design
Whether you are looking for a traditional design or something more modern, our structures can be personalised to your needs, internally, externally and to suit the surroundings.
Our structures can be used for a multitude of purposes. Such as a fully functioning home (on or off grid), office space, a gym, yoga studio or art studio.
We can design the layout, including heating, electricity and plumbing, depending on your requirements. This may be subject to certain planning conditions.
Sustainability
Our Tiny Homes are designed to reduce environmental impact but still be comfortable and functional. We make all our buildings from sustainably sourced materials either timber or SIPs.
Structural insulated panels (SIPs) are made from recycled materials like glass, plastic, metal, and timber, SIPs are generally lightweight and easy to install.
Our windows and doors are energy-efficient to minimise heat loss.
If you would like your Tiny Home to be completely self-sufficient we can install solar panels to power lighting and electrical appliances.

Tiny Homes
Our Tiny Homes don't generally require any Planning Permission or Building Regulations as long as they are classed as a moveable structure.
We have a variety of sizes, styles and layouts available. However the maximum sizing is 20 metres long (exclusive of any drawbar) 6.8 metres wide or 3.05 metres high.
